Millie Kanyar of Watson Realty will be nominated as president-elect of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors at the general meeting on October 26.
If elected, she will be president in 2009, succeeding the current president-elect, Bonnie Siecker of Century 21 Dames Point Realty.
“I’m really excited about being nominated and the opportunity,” said Kanyar, who previously has been secretary and treasurer of the organization.
The association’s nominating committee also selected Carol Hill of Prudential Network Realty as treasurer and Watson’s Dane Leslie as secretary.
The proposed NEFAR directors are Stephanie White, Zip Realty; Carol Zingone, Vanguard/GMAC; Carl Williams, Coastal Home Store; Martha Dickerson, Coldwell Banker Walter Williams; and Walter Williams, Coldwell Banker Walter Williams.
Proposed as Multiple Listing Service directors are Carol McCrary, Vanguard/GMAC; Clare Berry, Berry & Co. Real Estate; and Flo Bill, Prudential Network Realty.
