Prudential Network Realty has expanded its presence into St. Augustine with the opening of a full-service office at SeaGrove.
The residential real estate firm’s newest location is at the recently completed SeaGrove Town Center on Florida A1A near State Road 312. Clients will have access to a broad range of real estate services at the office, including Gibraltar Mortgage and Gibraltar Title Services.
The company officially celebrated the opening of its new office with the sponsorship of a community cookout and grand opening of the nearby St. Johns County, Anastasia Branch Library. The event, which attracted more than 1,300 people from the area, showcased the town center’s new library facilities and park at SeaGrove as well as the community’s numerous other amenities, stores and restaurants.
