Re/Max Coastal Real Estate is at 50 A1A North in Ponte Vedra Beach. The office was in the Solano Road Plaza for three years when it opened in 1993 and moved to its current location in 1996. The co-brokers are Eileen McVeigh and Michele Smith.
The office has 32 agents. “We have a large and varied group of agents who work all over the area,” said Smith.
McVeigh said business still good in the office, even with the market as it is.
“The market is slower than we’d like it to be and what we’ve been used to the last few years, but there is still business out there and we are still doing transactions,” said McVeigh. “Everyone is trying to figure out new ways to challenge what the market conditions are.”
