Ryland Homes has acquired 30 new 60-foot home sites at Durbin Crossing in north St. Johns County between Race Track Road. and County Road 210.
John Adams, president of Ryland Homes in the Jacksonville region, said three, four and five bedroom homes in the new phase at Durbin Crossing will be priced from the mid $200s.
Eight model homes are now open daily until 7 p.m.
