Aided by wife Mary and children Emma, Davis, Lacy and Harrison, Fourth Judicial Circuit Judge Mark Mahon was enrobed Thursday at a ceremony in the Terry Theatre at the T-U Center. Mahon vacated his seat in the Florida House of Representatives after he was was appointed to the bench by Gov. Charlie Crist to replace retired Judge A. C. Soud. Mahon was sworn in by Chief Judge Donald Moran, who said, “We’ll miss him as a legislator, but we certainly welcome him as a colleague.”
