Cornerstone Chair Hugh Greene (left) presented Scott-McRae Group President and CEO Henry “Tip” Graham with the Cornerstone Chair Award at Thursday’s quarterly Cornerstone luncheon at the Osborn Center.
Greene said the quarterly award goes to a Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce member that’s not just an outstanding local business, but also a solid corporate citizen that’s committed to its employees. In its 90th year, the Scott-McRae Group has existed since the founding of Duval Ford in 1916 and most recently the opening of Duval Mazda last year. Overall, the company owns nine auto dealerships in Florida, two automotive finance companies and a full-service ad agency which represents Ford, Mazda, Acura, Mercedes-Benz and Jeep.
“They are headquartered in Jacksonville and have over 1,000 employees in the Southeast,” said Greene.
“We remain committed to the community and to the betterment of the community where we work and live,” said Graham.
