Amelia Park Development has selected Amelia Park homebuilder Brylen Homes to construct town homes in the neighborhood development’s final phase. The residences will be the first major residential component of the community’s Coastal District and are expected to be under construction later this year.
The town homes feature wooden shutters on the first floor and second-story balconies.
The town homes are among the final phase of homes to be built at Amelia Park. The 80-home phase will include the town homes, as well as cottages and single-family residences built within a five-minute walk of Amelia Park’s civic, shopping and recreational centers.
Pricing in the Coastal District will start in the $400,000s, with a limited number of homes in the $300,000s. Amelia Park Development expects the first homes in the district to be complete by year’s end.
