The Cordova, Valencia’s newest model home, is now available to tour.
The Cordova — featuring two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and offering 1,622-square-feet of living space — is one of four floor plans from which to choose in Valencia’s third and final phase.
Sales are well underway for the third phase of the homes and opening prices begin in the $375,000s. Phases one and two are sold out.
Other available floor plans include one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,350-1,868-square-feet. Two penthouses, which are new additions to the final phase, will be larger at 2,000- and 2,500-square-feet and carry a higher price tag.
