Drees Homes announced the recent opening of its newest Westside community - Pickett’s Cove. The homebuilder also used the unveiling as an opportunity to introduce Realtors to the neighborhood and showcase its brand new model.
Drees’ newly-opened model at Pickett’s Cove, the Magnolia, is a 2,143-square-foot home.
The Magnolia was recently on display as Drees hosted a luncheon for the entire Realtor staff from CCarter Realty Group. Representatives from Drees, including Sales Manager Linda Moore and Market Manager Joyce Buchanan, were also present to provide information and answer questions regarding the Magnolia, other available floorplans, and the Pickett’s Cove community.
In addition to its Magnolia model, Drees has started construction on several market homes within Pickett’s Cove.
