Realty Executives of Jacksonville has been located at 3832-7 Baymeadows Road since June 2000.
Gary Harlow is the broker and has 12 agents (they’re called ‘Executives’) in his office. Most of the agents work out of their home, so we were lucky enough to catch them at a team meeting.
Harlow explained how his agents are dealing with the slowdown of the market.
“The Executives are really seasoned agents who have spent many years acquiring their customer base, so their business really has stayed pretty even with previous years,” said Harlow. “It’s really my job to create efficiencies in how the executive performs their job. I have spent the last two years evaluating each system involved and made refinements so the executive has more control over their business.”
