With negotiations concerning the City budget continuing, one of the issues is whether or not to fund the new-and-improved Ethics Office. It appears there is more support than previously thought within the mayor’s office. This box has been on a file cabinet in the staff office area this week, so even if Council ultimately votes to withhold funding, perhaps all is not lost.
