With a theme of “Get on Board” it was only fitting that the Realty-Builder Trade Show return to the Osborn Center — the former rail hub of Jacksonville that now serves as the city’s convention center — for the first time in several years.

“We outgrew the stadium,” said trade show co-chair Andie Patton of LandMar.

Patton co-chaired the annual event with Jason Rue of Prudential Network Realty. The 14th version of the trade show featured 120 booths with vendors from every facet of the real estate industry. Patton said despite the recent struggles of the industry, over 800 tickets were sold for the trade show, there are more vendors this year than last and she expected to draw well over 1,000 people before the end of the day.
