Through the Brylen Custom Ready Home program, buyers can purchase a newly constructed residence completely custom-designed to their taste and move in shortly afterwards.

Brylen Custom Ready Homes are available throughout Northeast Florida.
These homes are available for homebuyers to select all of their own interior finishes, allowing the buyer to have a quality built custom home finished to the exact specifications.
The wait time to have the interior finished is approximately 75 to 90 days.
Brylen Homes feature a variety of plans in Amelia Park, Amelia Terrace and The Surf on Amelia Island; Providence Island inside Queen’s Harbour Yacht & Country Club; and Payasada Estates, Port St. John, Istoria and Palencia in St. Johns County.
