How many years have you been a consistent top producer?

For the last three years. Once my name was “on the board” the first time, and I realized what it took to be a top producer, I prayed a lot and off I went.

What does it take to be a top producer?

For me it takes a healthy relationship with God, excellent company/brand affiliation, integrity, consistency and support from family and friends.

What advice would you give your fellow Realtors who are aspiring to be a top producer?

Treat real estate like a job, where their actions affect the largest asset most folks will ever own.

Be a person of integrity and live it. Most national trainers, such as self-help gurus, tell us that the single most common trait among the most successful is integrity.

How have you continued to maintain your status as a top producer?

Since the week of Christmas 2007, I have been productively busy, with at least 10 transactions of closings since the beginning of the year. I haven’t slowed down at all in the “off season.”

I have continued to do what I’ve always done: get up each work day and go to work!
