Engle Homes has commenced sales in the Mandarin community of Abigail Estates.
The 33-home community of Abigail Estates represents Engle Homes’ most luxurious offerings in the Northeast Florida market. Built on estate-size homesites and surrounded by conservation areas, the homes in Abigail Estates will range in size from 2,400 square feet to more than 3,800 square feet. To showcase the style of homes, Engle Homes opened its Abigail Estates model home. The model features the builder’s Princeton floor plan that is more than 3,800 square feet.
