What advice would you give to your fellow Realtors who are aspiring to be a top producer?
Learn from those that are already top producers. Take them to lunch and pick their brain. Knowledge from others is very helpful.

Education, follow-up with current and past customers, effective marketing, and continuing to offer the best service that I am able.
