How many years have you been a consistent top producer?

For 20 years and 12 years as the Nassau County Board of Realtor’s #1 top producer.

What does it take to be a top producer?

Hard work. You need good advertising on a national level and a user friendly, functional updated Web site.

What advice would you give your fellow Realtors who are aspiring to be a top producer?

Find an office that offers the most potential for how you would like to specialize in real estate (commercial, resort, general). Then do all of the above to generate a good customer referral base. Longevity will help with your referral base.

Involve yourself in the community. You will be a happier, more well rounded Realtor.

How have you continued maintain your status as a top producer?

All of the above. I practice what I preach.
