A collection of townhomes at Hawk’s Landing is under construction in the Fleming Island area of Orange Park.
The townhomes are expected to be completed this spring. Until the homes are finished, Armco Builders have a completed model open to view.
The 2,000 square-feet townhomes include three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car garage and screened back porch. Homes at Hawk’s Landing are priced from $289,900.
Hawk’s Landing is located off of County Road 220 in Clay County.
