The Vintage Group opened a new model home in St. Johns Forest in St. Johns County.
The Milano floor plan, a 3,966 square-foot home is from the company’s Luxury Living Collection. The Milano features a country manor elevation and a front porch.
“The Milano showcases the best our company has to offer from our luxury line of residences,” said Beverly Smith, vice president of the Vintage Group.
The Vintage Group is offering five additional floor plans from its Luxury Living Collection on homesites in St. Johns Forest. Homes are priced from $407,900 and designs range in size from 2,612 square feet to 3,189 square feet.
St. Johns Forest is located off of County Road 210, a half-mile west of I-95.
