Whoever stole one of Winn-Dixie’s brand new shopping carts sure doesn’t want anyone stealing it from them. This cart was outside the Main Library Thursday morning, padlocked to a “No Parking” sign. Stolen carts have been a historic problem for the Downtown supermarket, said store General Manager Juan Mott. He said the current store renovations include a new wrought iron fence to prevent losing the $45–$95 carts.
