Armco Builders has begun its second phase of homebuilding at The Retreat, a community of homes priced from $169,900. Phase II also includes the construction of a new model home.
The second phase includes 55 homesites with homes ranging in size from 1,600 square feet to more than 1,800 square feet. The community’s new model home, The Savannah, is a 1,800 square-foot plan priced at $199,900.
The Retreat is in Middleburg just east of The Ravines Golf and Country Club.
