CornerStone Homes has introduced three new floor plans for its Clay County community of Doctors Inlet Reserve starting in the $150,000s.
The new floor plans are called The Avondale, The Greenland and The Durbin. In addition to being available in Doctors Inlet Reserve, CornerStone Homes will build the floor plans on selected individual homesites.
Starting at $159,900, The Avondale is a one-story great room floor plan with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,410 square feet of living space. The Greenland is also a one-story, great room design with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and offering 1,956 square feet of living space. The Greenland is priced starting at $199,000.
The third new floor plan is The Durbin, a two-story traditional design with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,484 square feet of living space starting at $229,000,
