Moore takes over at Lennar

Lennar Homes has named Barbara Moore as its division president and she’ll be responsible for managing the company’s operations in Northeast Florida.

Prior to joining Lennar, Moore held similar positions at Beazer Homes in Jacksonville, Ashton Woods Homes in Houston, Tex., and Pulte Homes Corporation and The Ryland Group, both located in Greenville, S.C.

Moore is currently a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association board and a commissioner for the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission.

She is a past president of the Jacksonville Association of Realtors, now part of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, and has chaired of the NEFBA Sales and Marketing Council.

Moore is a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
