The William’s Walk development at Bartram Park has been nominated in four categories for a 2008 Pillars of the Industry Awards, presented annually by the National Association of Home Builders.
The Pillars, according to a NAHB release, “honor superior achievement in apartment and condominium development, design, marketing and management, and are considered a showcase of future trends.”
William’s Walk was nominated in the categories of Best Multifamily Site Plan, Best Clubhouse at a Multifamily Community and Best Garden Apartment Community Four Stories and Under.
The categories have 3-4 finalists and the awards will be presented at the NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Conference on April 2 at the Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs, Colo.
A panel of judges who work in multifamily housing design, development, and marketing selected the finalists in 29 categories.
