Business booms at the chocolate shop

Suzanne Marino, certified chocolatier and owner of Shugar Shack Chocolatier on W. Adams Street, worked round-the-clock before Valentine’s Day. She said it’s her busiest time of the year because she hand-dips at least 2,500 long-stem queen strawberries in her own special recipe of pure chocolate. Demand was so great this year Marino had to call her supplier for more berries that were delivered Thursday afternoon and went straight into melted chocolate.
