Morrison Homes recently unveiled its first three model homes in the Village Homes collection at Kindlewood, Clay County’s first Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND). The three homes are part of the community’s model park which will feature six model homes.
The three new model homes, including the Ashton, Montague and Radcliff, range from 1,690 square feet to 2,507 square feet and are priced from the upper-$100,000s.
The largest of the three model homes is the two-story Ashton, which features 2,507 square feet as well as four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage. Starting in the mid-$200,000s, the home will have the option to include up to six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The Montague is a one-story neo-traditional home with 2,137 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage and is priced in the low-$200,000s. The smallest of the three models, the Radcliff, has 1,690 square feet of living space featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage.
Morrison Homes is currently pre-selling single-family home designs priced from the $190,000s in the first phase at Kindlewood. The one- and two-story homes range from 1,417 square feet of living space to 2,831 square feet.
