Attorney Mark Hulsey III has mailed his paperwork to the state elections office to seek a seat on the bench and also delivered a copy to the Duval County Supervisor of Elections Office. He will be on the Aug. 26 ballot that will decide the successor to incumbent Fourth Judicial Circuit Judge Charles Mitchell, who has announced he will retire in 2009. Hulsey said his campaign treasurer will be Susan Schondelmaier, and Paula Weatherby will manage his campaign.
