Mayor John Peyton talked to the media yesterday after attending the presentation of Jacksonville Community Council Inc.’s annual Quality of Life Report at the Main Library. It was his first public appearance since Tuesday’s vote, and he discussed his reaction to the approval of Amendment One, which he adamantly opposed, as well the JCCI report.
