Wednesday, pedestrians had a colorful surprise as they strolled around the streets near Hemming Plaza. The July ArtWalk featured local artists and had its headquarters at the Jacksonville Bank Building. Food and wine also spiced up the event.
The cooler weather was a break from the hot spell felt for the past weeks and a gentle breeze could be appreciated by those who attended the event. ArtWalk also evidences a continuous effort to revive cultural events Downtown. Area businesses also supported the event including AT&T, Regions Bank, Gold’s Gym, Lucky’s Classic Cuts and many others.
