Armco Builders will now pay Community Development District fees for homebuyers in its Clay County communities.

“This is one significant way we set ourselves apart and buyers appreciate it,” said L. John Wright, president of Armco Builders. “While CDD fees are a fact of life for some developments, we don’t believe it’s a cost that our buyers should have to incur.”

A CDD is a governmental body created to plan, finance, construct and maintain the infrastructure and services – including storm water management, parks, sidewalks, potable and irrigation water supply, sewer and street lights – for a community’s residents.

These fees can vary each year depending on assessments for operations, maintenance and budgets.

Armco Builders is currently building in the Clay communities of Governor’s Pointe, Asbury Plantation, The Retreat, Hawk’s Landing and Tuscany Glen.
