Homesites range from 50- to 75-feet wide and are priced starting from $139,000.
Visitors can see the Egret Beach Bungalow floor plan by touring the community’s three-bedroom, two-bathroom model home from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12-5 on Sunday.
Amenities at Beach Haven include extensive walking trails and greenways, a resort-style pool and a large, open-air pavilion with a bathhouse.
