The Old San Jose on the River community’s first Coach Homes are under construction with a completion date of late summer.
There will be three neighborhood models. The Coach Homes are in two-story buildings that each contain two upstairs and two downstairs residences with attached private garages.
The model home, situated on the lower level, is a three-bedroom, two-bath design with 1,600 square feet.
Coach Homes in Old San Jose on the River will range from 1,545 square feet to 2,080 square feet with pricing starting at $463,900. Residences include access amenities including riverview fitness facilities, an infinity pool with terraced seating, an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen and riverfront guest suites to accommodate overnight visitors.
