Prudential Network Realty has entered into a joint venture with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Bank. Called Gibraltar Mortgage Services, the newly formed partnership will provide Prudential Network Realty clients with mortgage loan opportunities and services in Northeast Florida.
As part of the joint venture, Prudential Network Realty clients now have access to a range of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage services from underwriting and compliance to loan-processing. Home mortgage consultants will be located in Prudential Network Realty offices.
The joint venture will employ five home mortgage consultants in Northeast Florida. Ultimately, the operation will house a home mortgage consultant in each Prudential Network Realty office.
