Retirement Corporation of America — Florida has condominium models and its clubhouse available for inspection at the Villages of Seloy available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
The development is just east of the intersection of I-95 and SR 16 west of St. Augustine.
The ranch-style condominiums have two bedrooms and two baths, with an optional third bedroom on select home designs and are priced from the high $200s. The residences range from 1,520 to 1,875 square feet.
