The first annual SPIRIT Awards from Realty/Builder Conenction were given out over the past two months and Tina Scrudato (left) of John T. Ferreria & Sons in Fernandina Beach received hers from Realty/Builder Connection Senior Writer Michele Newbern Gillis as several of Scrudato’s fellow workers looked on. The awards followed the acronym SPIRIT and Scrudato received hers in the Teamwork category.
Other award winners were Sandy Holdren of Realty Executives, Karen Sutherland of ICI Homes, Maxine McBride of Clockwork Marketing, Sherry Davidson of Davidson Realty, and Dane Cates of Retirement Homes of America-Florida. A special Lifetime Achievement Award went to George Linville of George Linville Realty.
