Also available is a second Atlantis home overlooking a wooded preserve. This home also has 2,744 square feet of living space with a three-car courtyard entry garage and is priced at $479,900.
Included in the price of every CornerStone home sold at GroveWood is a World Golf Village golf membership initiation fee, valued at $15,000. In addition to the three homes, the company has six homesites available at GroveWood. All of the sites are 75-feet wide and range from 120 to 200 feet deep. The company offers nine floor plans ranging in size from 2,144 square feet to more than 3,615 square feet.
