Toll Brothers has opened the Leith Hall section in Durbin Crossing North, providing homebuyers with the choice of an additional 42 home sites, many with preserve and water views. The home sites in this new section are 73 feet wide and will accommodate homes from the national homebuilder’s Monogram Collection.

“We are opening new home sites for sale in this community because of the tremendous success in Durbin Crossing North’s first release,” said Jim McDade, the Toll Brothers senior project manager at Durbin Crossing North. “The Leith Hall section offers beautiful views of the surrounding nature preserves as well as home sites with close proximity to our recently completed amenity center. This is a great opportunity for buyers who have been looking in the community and waiting for that perfect home site to come available.”

Priced from the low-$400,000s, Toll Brothers’ Monogram Collection at Durbin Crossing North features six home designs ranging from 2,400 to 3,300 square feet.

Homes include kitchens with Corian countertops and 42-inch cabinets; fully tiled foyers, kitchens, baths; and laundry rooms. In addition, the homes feature Cat-5 wiring.
