The Florida Bar publishes a variety of consumer information pamphlets and tips to help educate the public about legal issues. The publications are available in both English and Spanish at www.floridabar.org.
The series has practical information written by experienced Florida lawyers. Pamphlets and tips answer frequently asked questions about adoption law, real estate transactions, bankruptcy, probate, wills and trusts, divorce, automobile insurance, landlord-tenant law, etc. Ready for print and distribution, the 29 consumer pamphlets and 14 easy-to-read tips are published in HTML and/or PDF formats.
Printed copies of 18 pamphlets are also offered at a minimal cost to Bar members, organizations, and the general public.
