Attached to the letter is another on Plotkin letterhead and signed by three former Florida Bar presidents: Jim Rinaman, Rut Liles and Hank Coxe. The second letter asks for signatures on a petition and financial help for Plotkin’s campaign. Plotkin is running against fellow republican Angela Corey for the Aug. 26 primary election.
