Over 70 people attended an open house at J.A. Long’s waterfront custom home at the Preserve at Eagle Harbor last month.
The home showcased the home builder’s San Marcos design. The 4,109 square foot home is the third-largest custom home J.A. Long has built in Eagle Harbor.
Founder and CEO of the company John Long said the San Marcos has one of the company’s more flexible floor plans.
The San Marcos is located within the Preserve, situated on Fleming Island and borders Doctor’s Lake, Black Creek and the St. Johns River.
