The Pineapple Corporation recently introduced Bellissimo, semi-custom homes at Palermo.
The homes are priced from the mid-$400,000s. The community is located on Hodges Boulevard between J. Turner Butler and Beach boulevards.
“The Bellissimo Collection provides an opportunity for homebuyers to purchase and enjoy a semi-custom home by The Pineapple Corporation,” said The Pineapple Corporation’s Executive Vice President Spencer Calvert. “Our new Bellissimo home designs provide homebuyers with the same features as the Magnifico Home Collection at Palermo, but offered in a smaller-sized home that is attractively priced.”
The Pineapple Corporation has three floor plans for the Bellissimo Collection. The homes range from 2,300 to 2,600 square feet. When complete, Palermo will feature 133 homes.
