Floridian Lifestyles Realty has recently introduced two new model homes within Twin Lakes in northern St. Johns County.
The Cassiopeia and Bastian single-family homes feature three- and four-bedrooms, ranging from 1,535 to 2,640 square feet, and smaller floor plans are priced from the $180s.
WA Homes is building the homes.
“Buyer momentum has remained good,” said Nancy Maloy, president and founder of Floridian Lifestyles Realty. “We do not expect our inventory of single-family homes to remain on the market for very long.”
Twin Lakes is located off of I-95 and east on Highway 207, near St. Augustine.
