The contest winner was Christina Boatwright but the big winner was Builders Care.
That was the outcome from the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s annual Gala, which attracted 700 to the Jacksonville Hyatt and produced charity dollars for Builders Care.
Boatwright, of the Worthington Group, won the drawing for a trip to the national football championship game in Miami in January. She was one of 50 whose ticket number was drawn at the start of the event (everyone who attended was in the drawing) and, as the evening went on, one more of the chosen 50 was eliminated.
The gala was co-sponsored by TECO.
