National homebuilder Taylor Morrison is the newest builder to enter the Town of Nocatee with plans to build 50 homes in Austin Park, a single-family home community. The builder will offer six floor plans, priced from the low-$200,000s, in the community on 60- and 70-foot homesites.

Taylor Morrison recently broke ground on its first home. The model home, expected to be complete and open to visitors in December, will feature a floor plan with 2,587 square feet and will priced from $306,000.
The other floor plans range from 1,558, 1,988, 2,587 and 2,823 square feet with base pricing from $235,990 to $318,990.
