Jacksonville Public Library Associate Jay Mooney sets up the “Images of Consolidation” display on the third floor of the main branch library Tuesday. Pictures of the beginning of consolidated government in Jacksonville will debut during “Art Walk.” Folk artist David Milam will also perform his original work “Ode to Consolidation” today. He will perform from 1-5 p.m. The library will also host a viewing of the documentary “Government by Gaslight @ 5:45 p.m. on Thursday and a panel discussion “A Bold New Revolution: 40 Years Later” starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
