The Northeast Florida Builders Association’s SAM Tram last month toured the Aberdeen and Durbin Crossing master-planned communities.

Aberdeen is a 1,316-acre community off Racetrack Road in St. Johns County. The community has an amenity center within walking distance from every home. The amenity center offers residents a clubhouse with party room, full catering kitchen, state-of-the-art fitness center, junior Olympic pool, massive family fun pool featuring a waterslide, basketball and tot playground.

Durbin Crossing is a 2,086-acre development of regional impact located between Racetrack Road and CR 210 in St. Johns County. This community features an extensive, recently completed amenities center including swim park, clubhouse, fitness center, basketball courts and tennis courts.
