Jamie Stone of the Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department and the Jacksonville Association of Firefighters was at the foot of the Main Street Bridge exit Wednesday collecting money during the JFRD’s annual muscular dystrophy drive. Stone — a five-year member of JFRD — rides on Ladder 4 which is part of Station No. 4 at the corner of Duval and Jefferson streets. Members of the Association will be at intersections all over town this weekend looking to raise $150,000 or more to help fight muscular dystrophy.
