Lennar will offer nine exclusive floorplans in the new Willowcove neighborhood at Nocatee.
Willowcove is in the center of the development and within walking distance to the Nocatee Community Park, the Aquatics Park and Town Center.
The plans range from 2,238 to 3,236 square feet. Amelia, Avondale, Sebastian, Victoria and Vilano are all one-story designs, while Anastasia, Castillo, Fernandina and Talia are two-story floorplans.
Two elevations are available for each plan in the Mediterranean or Tuscan designs.
The Castillo, with 2,238 square feet, hasthree bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
The largest of the floorplans, the 3,236-square foot Sebastian features four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
