Officials of the Florida Home Builders Association Remodelers Council say that applications are now being accepted for the 2008 Remodeling Awards, which will be presented at the FHBA 2008 Annual Fall Conference on October 1-4 in Orlando.
The award categories are Council of the Year, Best Educational Program by a Remodelers Council, Best Membership Recruitment and/or Retention Plan by a Council, and Best Community Service Project by a Council.
Winners will be honored during the Fall Leadership Conference at the JW Marriott Hotel.
Application material submitted for each entry should include a narrative explanation not to exceed 150 words, signed by the Council Chair, and no more than three supporting documents, which may include photos, articles, flyers, or other printed material. All information should relate to activities from the period of October 1, 2007 to August 31, 2008.
