Inclement weather wasn’t enough to stop the Jacksonville Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section (YLS) from meeting to network and learn about a business in Jacksonville that could provide a service to their firms.

O’Brothers Irish Pub on Margaret Street in Five Points hosted about 20 Young Lawyers on Wednesday as rain pelted the outside canopy. The YLS has developed a “Happy Hour” program to provide a social setting for young lawyers to mingle and introduce its members to places around Jacksonville. CED Investigative Technologies, Inc., sponsored the event and provided information on how its services could assist attorneys who were in need of experts in many different fields of engineering.

The YLS is composed of area young lawyers who are 35 years old or younger or who have been practicing less than five years.
